Property of Work Results

The intellectual property rights and ownership of the work results produced by the hired remote team belong exclusively to the Client. WOW Remote Teams does not claim any ownership rights over such results, ensuring that the Client has full control and ownership of them.

Deliverables Ownership: All intellectual property rights and ownership rights to the work results produced by the hired remote team shall belong to the Client.
Limited License: However, the Client grants WOW Remote Teams a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the work results solely for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling the obligations established in this agreement.
