Best when you know you want to hire someone directly. We source and vet the candidates — you only pay if you hire one.
Staff-to-Hire
Not sure yet? Start with Staffing and convert to Direct Hire whenever you're ready. The longer they work with you, the lower the conversion fee.
VA & Admin Support
Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Data Entry, and related roles.
Rates vary based on experience, qualifications, and role complexity.

You begin paying the hourly Staffing rate, no strings attached. If you later decide to bring that person on as a Direct Hire, a conversion fee applies based on their monthly rate and it gets smaller the longer you've worked together.

No. The hourly rate you see is what you pay: no setup fees, no recruitment fees, no surprise charges. If you decide to convert to direct hire later, the only added cost is the one-time conversion fee, which gets smaller the longer you’ve worked together.
What if the candidate isn't the right fit?
You interview every candidate for free before deciding, and if it’s not working out after you’ve started, we’ll find a replacement at no extra cost.
How does the conversion fee work?
If you’d like to bring a professional on as a direct hire, there’s a one-time conversion fee that decreases the longer they’ve been staffed with you. It’s designed to reward long-term partnerships, not create a hurdle.
