Scheduling Specialist (Jan 2024 – Apr 2024)
→ Coordinate appointments for clients with mental health professionals, communicate with clients to gather information and assist with scheduling, maintain and update therapist calendars for accurate scheduling though HER system, maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance, optimize scheduling processes for efficiency and availability, provide excellent customer service to clients regarding scheduling inquiries, collaborate with the scheduling team and therapists to resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain scheduling records and provide reports to management, identify and implement improvements to scheduling workflows.
